When? You have the option of the following series dates:

April Wednesdays 1, 8, 15, 22 from 5-7pm

June Wednesdays 3, 10, 17, 24 from 6-8pm

What: Session 1 : Bike and Suspension Setup, Body Position, Braking, Shifting if needed and Intro to Cornering

Session 2: Introduction to wheel lifts (standing front wheel lift, rear wheel lift, level lift, pedal wheel lift, bunny hop and manual if time allows)

Session 3: Intro to jumping and dropping.

Session 4: On trail session location TBD.

Who is this series for? This series is for riders who are riding and starting to get comfortable on Ingles Field, Little Hickory Top, Sidehill, Cedar Rock, Cove Creek, Rhodo Ruckus, GNCC)

Participant benefits: I use video analysis during the clinic to help riders improve their skills. All riders will receive a link to all of the photos and videos taken during the clinic. Participants will receive a thorough write up of the skills and maneuvers learned during the clinic so that riders may use them to continue their learning beyond this clinic.

This clinic series is capped at 4 riders.
